Classes

Pre-registration is recommended for all classes. 

Most classes are offered in studio and zoom. For example: ALY Mondays at 9:30am is listed twice, register for in studio: All Levels Yoga or via Zoom: Zoom All Levels Yoga.

Reservations cancelled less than 2 hours prior to class will be charged a visit/late cancel fee of $10 for CoreMembers. 

All Zoom Classes take place in the LCY Zoom Studio

Zoom registration closes 15 minutes prior to class. Please ensure your zoom account name matches the name we have in our system. We do not accept students into class whose names don’t match our class roster. Thank you for respecting that zoom classes are for paid students only.
